Mike Knight's vision in building a successful development program is working along side team coaching staff and association/academy executives to collaboratively build and deliver an innovative and forward thinking development program. This program will mirror the best Professional, College and Junior programs from around the world. The goal is to raise the bar and set a new development standard for minor hockey while continuously looking for ways to improve and innovate the program. By collaborating all coaching staff and club/association as a whole, on-going research, networking with the top development programs globally and a relentless effort to provide the best development experience for all the players, this vision can be achieved.
